Chicken liver – Poultry meat is an important source of energy, characterized by a high concentration of high-quality protein, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.
Pork liver – It is a very good source of vitamin B1, surpassing other meats in this respect by up to ten times. It is also a very good source of full-value protein, necessary for the regeneration of the body. It is also worth remembering it as a good source of vitamin E, which affects the condition of our skin. Like any meat with a high content of red fibers, pork is a rich source of iron, which our body absorbs much better from animal tissue than from plant tissue. Pork also contains B vitamins, zinc, potassium and phosphorus.
