What is Signet?
A platform dedicated to the Company enabling reporting by reporting parties and their receipt and management by the Commission, located at: https://app.sygnanet.pl/petrepublic/pl.
Who is the Signaller?
A natural person who reports or publicly discloses information about a violation of the law obtained in a work-related context, including a person employed by the Company under an employment contract or a civil law contract or cooperating with the Company, regardless of the position held, function performed or form of employment or cooperation through which the Company conducts its business.
What is the purpose of the Sygnanet platform?
Legal protection of personswho report irregularities occurring in the Company. Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of signallers ((Journal of Laws of 2024, item 928) protects you against retaliatory actions, including:
- unjustified termination of employment,
- refusing to extend the employment relationship or blocking employment opportunities with other employers,
- sabotaging your career development path.
You are entitled to protection provided that: you have reasonable grounds to believe that the information that is the subject of the report is true at the time of reporting and that it constitutes information about a violation of the law.
What violations can be reported?
You can report various types of misconduct, including: corruption, product safety, transport, food and feed, privacy and personal data protection, network security, environmental protection, animal health and welfare, and consumer protection.
How do we protect your identity?
Your personal data enabling your identification will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons unless you give your express consent.
